Idyllically placed and well equipped Rustico (typical house of our area) in the center of the romantic village of lavertezzo (550 m altitude). It is a house built during the years 1800 out of natural stones.
A few months ago, this househas been totally restored. A beautiful view on the Verzasca river and good parking possibilities. 6 persons may enjoy their holidays, making very nice excursions in the mountains near the "Romand bridge". the big rocks in the river invite to have a sunbath or for a digging trip.

Groundfloor: fully equipped kitchen (eletric cooking place), dining room, living room with chimney, bath,shouver, toilet, terace in front of the house with sitting place and barbecue.
First floor : 3 rooms with 2 beds each, toilet, radio, TV and phone are at your disposal.
